Children’s Book – The Silly Chickens

A children’s board book that is a colors primer. The Silly Chickens need your help naming the colors of the flowers that they find.

With simple illustration and space for your child to imagine what the rest of the farm looks like, this is a perfect learning book for your child. A wonderful read-a-loud or first reader.

There are a few things I am sure about – Children Love chickens – and learning is always that much more fun when it is about something you love.

Being the mother of 4 young children and an illustrator you can guarantee that I draw a lot for them on a daily basis. After a few rough drafts and product testing by my staff (wink wink) I’ve come up with learning packets to share with you.

Created using my original drawings – HERE are the printable learning packs I have available.

The Illustration Shop

The illustrations are available to purchase on accessories.

My illustrations are simple, mostly black and white pen drawings on paper. Seeing them come to life on Zipper Pouches, Phone cases and Pillows brings me so much joy.

The illutration shop is located on Threadless. Go HERE to find your favorite illustration.

Hi I’m Tehlia. Mom to four children, 5 years old and under. And I am a wife (of 17 yrs) to and an Army Veteran. My world is also filled with being an illustrator, entrepreneur and trying to be a mother with patience and grace aka Mom Life strategist.

I began drawing the silly chickens at my children’s request. They quickly became a favorite, grew into a flock and started going on adventures.

When I’m not drawing, writing or creating new printables, I am homeschooling my tiny crew and working on making my home as simple and organized as I can.

Here is how I find the time to homeschool and publish children’s book with four children at my feet.
